Before an AMPXELL Battery Pack Leaves the Factory

A battery pack is ready to ship only after its checks are complete.

At AMPXELL, cell selection, BMS integration, pack assembly, and factory validation are connected to the same project specification. This Cell + BMS + Pack workflow allows us to build the test plan around the actual battery configuration.

Before release, we check:

• BMS function
• Module polarity
• Electrical response
• Open-circuit voltage
• AC internal resistance
• Discharge performance

Cell voltage and internal resistance data are also recorded through the MES workflow for production traceability and future reference.

After aging, the battery undergoes an additional electrical recheck.

When required by the application or validation plan, testing can also include:

• Drop testing
• Crush testing
• External short-circuit testing

The validation scope is determined by the battery design, operating environment, application requirements, and applicable standards.

Once inspection is complete, we verify product identification and protective packaging. Product and shipment information can then be linked through scanning for improved traceability.
