As the "heart" of low-altitude equipment, the battery sector attracted unprecedented attention and emerged as one of the most prominent tracks in the industry chain.

I. Event Overview: Gathering the Entire Industry Chain and Accelerating the Takeoff of the Low-Altitude Economy

This year's exhibition brought together industry participants from 17 countries and regions, covering the complete industrial chain including UAV systems, core components, low-altitude safety technologies, eVTOL, and more. Six themed exhibition areas jointly created a comprehensive industry ecosystem.

During the event, one main conference and 132 parallel forums were held, featuring 671 domestic and international speakers. Among them, 32 academicians discussed key topics such as power technologies and safety standards, providing valuable guidance for future industry development.

The Global Buyer Lounge gathered 1,824 professional buyers from 79 countries, facilitating cooperation intentions among 219 companies and further strengthening international collaboration.

As the "Drone Capital" of China, Shenzhen now hosts more than 2,000 supporting enterprises, accounting for approximately 70% of the global consumer drone market and nearly 50% of the industrial drone market, highlighting the advantages of its complete industrial ecosystem.

II. Battery Exhibition Zone: Technological Innovation Driving Industry Evolution

In Halls 2, 3, and 4 of the supply chain exhibition area, battery companies became a major highlight of the event.

High energy density, high discharge rates, solid-state technology, and intelligent systems emerged as the core competitive factors. Semi-solid and solid-state batteries are accelerating toward commercialization, with energy density surpassing 400Wh/kg. High-rate batteries are increasingly applied to FPV racing and heavy-duty industrial scenarios. Intelligent BMS systems integrated with AI algorithms enable full lifecycle safety management.

Lightweight design, long cycle life, and low-temperature adaptability are becoming essential requirements, while comprehensive adaptation to multiple low-altitude application scenarios is expected to become a major technological trend in the future.

III. Exhibition Insights: Connecting Ecosystems and Advancing the Low-Altitude Journey Together

Through this exhibition, we clearly observed several new industry trends:

  • Technology iteration continues to accelerate, with solid-state and high-energy-storage batteries becoming mainstream development directions.
  • Market application scenarios are increasingly segmented, making standardized products insufficient to meet diversified requirements, while customized power solutions are becoming an industry necessity.
  • Industrial chain collaboration is becoming stronger, with closer cooperation between upstream and downstream partners emerging as the new normal.

During the exhibition, we had in-depth face-to-face discussions with industry professionals and end customers, receiving a large number of precise market demands and reaching preliminary agreements in technical cooperation, product adaptation, and application implementation.

At the same time, we identified several persistent industry challenges: balancing high energy density with flight safety, ensuring stable endurance under extreme low-temperature environments, reducing costs through large-scale manufacturing, and establishing unified industry standards. These remain long-term challenges requiring collective efforts across the entire low-altitude power ecosystem.

IV. Self-Developed Products: Deepening Intelligent Battery Innovation for Full-Scenario Low-Altitude Applications

Leveraging this industry event, AMPXELL Technology also unveiled its self-developed next-generation intelligent UAV battery solutions, directly targeting major industry pain points such as insufficient endurance, limited safety performance, poor environmental adaptability, and lack of intelligent management. Thanks to our differentiated technical advantages and application adaptability, our products attracted significant customer interest and cooperation intentions during the exhibition. Compared with traditional drone batteries, our products focus on "high reliability, intelligent management, and full-scenario adaptability," serving a wide range of applications including consumer drones, industrial inspection, agricultural spraying, logistics transportation, and eVTOL operations.

From a performance perspective, we achieve an excellent balance between high energy density and lightweight design, effectively reducing aircraft load while extending flight endurance.

Our batteries support stable high-rate discharge, delivering strong and continuous power output suitable for demanding scenarios such as FPV racing and heavy industrial operations.

To address complex outdoor environments, we optimized low-temperature resistance and wide-temperature adaptability technologies, ensuring stable operation under extreme cold, high temperatures, and high humidity conditions.

In terms of intelligent safety, our batteries integrate an advanced intelligent BMS system that overcomes the limitations of traditional battery management methods.

The system can monitor critical operating parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, and remaining capacity in real time, proactively detecting risks including overcharge, over-discharge, short circuits, and overheating.Additional features such as fault self-diagnosis, risk warning, data traceability, remote monitoring, and intelligent lifecycle prediction ensure full-process operational visibility and significantly improve safety and service life.

To meet increasingly diverse market demands, all of our product lines support comprehensive customization options. Based on equipment specifications, operating scenarios, endurance requirements, and power demands, we can flexibly optimize cell configurations, discharge performance, and intelligent management logic to deliver one-stop customized low-altitude power solutions.
